We were approached by T.R. Réfrigération to develop a food warmer that would keep deli food warmed to the right temperature. The project’s goal was to provide a turnkey product that would only need to be mechanically assembled on the client’s premises.
After performing a market analysis of similar products, we created industrial design boards for the product and submitted them to the client for approval.
We then handled all the engineering work, including design, manufacturing drawings, component and manufacturing purchases, overseeing the manufacturing process, and providing the instructions for assembling and starting the food warmer.
In addition to the project itself, we also created technical documents, parts and operation manuals, and maintenance manuals to facilitate customer service.
Our innovative selection of components allowed us to develop a high-performance food warmer that surpassed client expectations.
The new food warmer significantly reduced preheating time, helping users save energy.
